About us
Within walking distance from the popular harbour town of Padstow at the end of a long farm track it is a delightful environment for children and animals, free from passing traffic. We set out the site to have an exclusive experience, there are only two glamping pods and a treetop lodge on the land adjoining our two cottages.
Enjoy the experience
You will experience the calmness of nature and its quite solitude. The Pods are comfortable, heated and have Wi-Fi, microwave and TV with full channels. At night, you will see the stars and if you look carefully you will see the milky way on a clear night.

Our history
We bought the Linhay 25 years ago from a redundant agricultural building, set to and refurbished that, then persuaded my father to buy the property next door, The Old Mill.
We had many a holiday down here with my wife and three children, We then rented these two properties out over the next 23 years, In 2016 we started to develop the site where the pods are situated.
It was a tranquil place covered in bluebells and primroses which was sheltered and ideal for a glamping spot, as our own children used to love making camps and nicknamed it “Paradise”.

Beautiful location, cozy and cute pods. If you wanna run from loud town life this place is perfect. Area is quiet and peaceful. Pod has everything you need even when you are with kids. It’s easy to get there with the car, very close to the Tesco and Padstow.

The pods are not only in an ideal location but they are clean and perfectly equipped for a few nights away. Everything was of beautiful quality and would happily stay here for longer next time! Timothy is a wonderful host who maintained contact when needed and welcomed us when we arrived, explaining the local area and food and drink options within walking distance and the route into Padstow. Absolutely lovely stay at the pods. Location is amazing, such a pretty little valley making it such a great place giving it such a hidden away feel about it all. The pods are brilliant, very quaint with everything you need. We made use of all facilities including the fire pit. Its a short walk to Padstow with the routes by the door of the pods, check in was very easy with personal key presses.
